Here are a few quick solutions to some common stains and mishaps. If you have more questions give us a call.
Fat, Oil, and Wax
Get some paper towels/white rag and plug in your iron! The fat, oil, or wax will stick to the paper towel and you can remove most of the stain.
Use a wet cotton ball or rag and put some rubbing alcohol on it then press it down on the glue stain. As the glue begins to moisten start wiping off the glue from the carpet. Repeat this step until you remove the Glue.
Gum
Grab a piece of ice and press ice onto the gum that’s in the carpet. This will freeze the gum so you can chip away at it and then vacuum the smaller pieces.
Red Wine
Combine dish soap and hydrogen peroxide together and blot the stain. You can also use some salt in an attempt to get it out. Just always remember to blot, blot, and blot! And keep repeating. Do not rub in the stain.
Pet Stains
You want to blot up as much of the urine as possible in the beginning. You can mix dish soap and water to help blot out most of the stain and help clean the area. Baking Soda will in removing the odor. There some decent pet urine removal cleaning agents on the market. You want to stick to the ones that are made for pet urine because some cleaning agents can make matters worse.
